BG5 is an innovative and future-oriented assessment tool for career, leadership, and team development. It’s designed specifically for entrepreneurs, executives, and organisations to uncover each individual’s natural strengths, work style, and ideal role within a group or organisation.

Unlike personality tests that rely on self-reporting or shifting responses, BG5 is data-driven and deeply reliable.

It requires no quizzes or guesswork, and the results don’t change over time. This makes it one of the most predictable and stable frameworks for structuring teams, making hiring decisions, and identifying leadership blind spots. BG5 goes far beyond surface traits – it reveals the core energetic mechanics behind team dynamics, collaboration patterns, and executive function in real-time environments. I’m not familiar with Human Design or BG5. Is this still for me?

 

Absolutely. Leadership by Design is built for high-level leaders – whether you’ve never heard of this system or you’ve been down the rabbit hole already. My role isn’t to teach you theory. It’s to translate your energetic blueprint into a business strategy that works.

 

You don’t need to “learn” BG5. You’ll experience it being applied directly to your company – your leadership, your team, and your decision-making in the practical world of the material plane.


I already know my Human Design. How is this different?
 

Perfect – then you already know how powerful this system is. But here’s the truth most people won’t tell you: Human Design is a tool for personal transformation, not business. It’s spiritual, introspective, and brilliant for awakening.


Yes, it can still be relevant in your individual expression and partnerships but it doesn’t carry the business language and practical nuance. The moment your company grows to three or more people – when you're truly leading a team – Human Design stops being applicable. At that point, it’s no longer about individual design. It becomes about group dynamics, different aura mechanics, and how people function together in a business ecosystem.
 

Why does this matter now? What’s the deal with 2027?

When does the program start?


This is a private and group consulting container. We set the start date together, based on what works with your current business responsibilities and my availability.


Is there a limited time to join?

 

Yes. I work with a small number of clients at a time to preserve the depth and integrity of this process. If this offer is visible, that means there’s currently at least one open space.

 

 

Will I get recordings of our sessions?

Yes. All sessions are recorded and delivered via email or in a secure external server of your choosing. You’ll have the material stored privately so you can revisit it as needed.

 

Can I get a business invoice?

Yes. My company is based in the Netherlands and every engagement comes with a formal invoice you can include in your operational expenses. 


Do you offer refunds?
 

No. Leadership By Design is a strategic recalibration designed for leaders ready to shift at a foundational level. Because of the depth of work and the hands-on nature of the container, all decisions are final. It’s important that you make the correct decision for you, so to ensure clarity, you can only book my services after an Executive Alignment Audit. I also offer an entry-level tier – a 1-month intensive so you can taste this work and make sure I am the right person for long-term support for you and your company.
